1 Installation Instructions

Cleaning and Installation:
Choosing your wall When applying your decals, we suggest you pick a smooth, dry and clean surface. When placing your decals on a standard painted wall, be sure that the surface has been previously primed prior to painting (if not, your decal could come off). To prevent any unwanted bubbling, allow up to 21 days for out gassing. We advise against applying directly above a fireplace due to the heat.

Preparing/cleaning
Use a warm, damp cloth or sponge to clean the wall surface or window and allow it to completely dry. In some cases you can add alcohol to water for better adhesion. Make sure all previous cleaning solutions are completely gone. For outdoor applications we suggest you using a pump spray to save time. If you have chosen a larger piece, you may want to get someone to assist you. Be careful to not let the adhesive come together. If this happens, don’t stress, the material is very durable, you will be able to separate it by carefully pulling it apart.

Application:
To apply, we suggest peeling a small section of the backing material off and applying the exposed adhesive first, then repeat the process in incremenets If there are any bubbles or wrinkles, you can lightly press or smooth them out, or peel back that area and re-apply.

Moving and Reusing:
You can remove and replace your decals multiple times; however, once the adhesive collects too much dust, dirt and fibers it will become less effective and it may not stick as well the second time.

Aftercare:
If you think you will need to clean your decals once they are on the walls, it is best to coat the ink with a liquid or spray at the start so there is no damage caused to the artwork. 2 Do the decals comes off?

Our decals are made from a specially designed material that is easily removed from the wall without leaving unwanted damage. It is crucial that you follow the wall preparation steps so that you are not greeted with any unwanted marks upon the removal of your decals.

3 Can decals go on textured wells?

Yes! See below some examples of what our decals look like on the textured walls.

4 How do I stick them on well?

Each decal comes equipped with self adhesive, ready for you to peel and stick to your wall. (Please read preparation instructions to ensure no damage is left)

5 Can I return my decal?

Mistakes happen, we get that! If your item is damaged, please send an email to support@buabax.us and we will be able to arrange a replacement. Due to the nature of the paper material product, we do not offer a change of mind refund.

6 What material are the decals made from?

Our decals are made from self-adhesive fabric, REACH and RoHS certified material with water based micro-encapsulated adhesive.

REACH20 – Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from risks that can be posed by chemicals.

RoHS – Stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products (known as EEE).

PVC free 18 – HP Latex Ink is PVC free. Also applicable to HP PVC-free wall papers. Chemical analysis demonstrated elemental chlorine to be at or below 200 ppm. Presence of chlorine is attributed to residual chlorine used in paper-making process, and not due to the presence of PVC.

how much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at the checkout, based on where you are located. At this stage, we are not able to offer a flat rate shipping, however, if you are to spend over $150, shipping cost is on us! (Within Australia)

How long does shipping take?

All items are shipped within 3-5 Business days with Australia Post. (Business Days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends)
